In order to use this Web site, you must first create a user name and password
from your cell phone. During registration you are required to give contact
information (such as email address and telephone number). We use this
information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have
expressed interest. We also use your email address or telephone number to
deliver your forgotten password.
Motoblast, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on
1800Message.com. Motoblast, LLC may collect personally identifiable information
from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally
identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact
information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial
information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we
have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

We do NOT require your social security number and will not ask for it in any

Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests

Uses of Information
Motoblast, LLC does not use any of the information archived by your phone for
any other purpose than displaying it back to you when you log into 1800message.com. You may share Pictures, Voice Calls, Voice Notes with
others by marking those items as "public". Other than those items you
mark as "public", all other information is only viewable by you after logging
into the 1800message.com site.
Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates
We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals,
promotions. You can sign up for these emails from us on your Settings page.

the version of the software that you are using on your phone is not the most
